Import Existing Opt-In Names

If your brand already has an opt-in list of adult consumers who have already consented to receive your SMS messages, the fastest way to grow a new opt-in list in SimpleTexting™ is to import your existing contacts.

1. Log in to SimpleTexting at https://app2.simpletexting.com/auth using the credentials supplied by VinterActive.

2. From SimpleTexting’s main admin control panel, click on Contacts, then select Add Contacts to begin the Import process.

3. In Step 1 of the Import process, you can upload your data file and specify which list your contacts will be added to. You can also create a new list during the import process if needed.

PRO-TIP: If you’ve already upgraded to a paid SimpleTexting account, you can import as many opt-in names as you have.

4. In Step 2 of the Import process, you can map the data found in your import file to your SimpleTexting account. You can also create new SimpleTexting fields during the import process if needed.

5. In Step 3 of the Import process, you’ll need to confirm your import list and agree to SimpleTexting’s Terms and Conditions about importing names with written consent.

You’ll also see the free compliance text your imported names will receive with their first SMS message.
